A purchasing platform that simplifies the ordering process for property managers. It offers real-time pricing, consolidates orders, and helps optimize purchasing decisions to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Designed to be user-friendly, Cinch enables property managers to take control of their operations, streamline workflows, and make data-driven decisions that maximize profitability.
Project Overview:
I was hired as an independent Software Engineer contractor to help enhance and scale a large commerce and operations platform. The engagement focused on improving core functionality, system accuracy, and performance to support growing business complexity and high-volume transactions.
Scope of Work
I developed key commerce features including split order processing, item-level discounts, sales reporting, save-for-later cart functionality, and system-wide announcements, PDF invoice reader, and a lot more. These enhancements enabled more flexible workflows and supported increasingly complex operational requirements.
Performance & Reliability
I resolved critical bugs affecting pricing logic and order computations, improving financial accuracy, system stability, and overall application performance through targeted algorithm and logic optimizations.
Outcome
